TAP–Seattle and TYAPN (Taiwanese Youth Alliance of Pacific Northwest) are excited to co-host Limjiu / mixer this month at District Lounge inside Hotel Deca at University District. Last year, the two Taiwanese groups in the greater Seattle area brought young working professionals together with student groups for social/network event in a fun and relaxing lounge environment for the very first time.
Due to popular demand, we would like to continue this as our annual tradition. Come relax, enjoy meet-up old friends while acquaint more new ones, and don’t hesitate to invite co-workers or fellow students in celebrating the bright Spring equinox!
Our regular attendees include professionals from major companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, Intel, as well as various medical and banking institutes in the Seattle area. This is a great opportunity for students to meet and connect with alumni and professionals to learn how to achieve professional success in a fun and encouraging environment, as well as meeting like-minded students to learn and grow together outside of campus setting in a more professional atmosphere. We welcome professionals and college students of all ethnic backgrounds. We hope that this event will lead to professional connections and personal friendships.
Since The District Lounge is giving up half of their restaurant space during busy Saturday evening exclusively for our group, they would really appreciate if each of us can order at least one drink and one food item. Also please bring loose cash to expedite payment process for faster checkouts. Your courtesy and understanding is greatly appreciated so we can establish good relationship with the restaurant for more great events in the future!
**Minors under 21 years of age are NOT allow to order alcoholic beverages, strictly enforced! Please prepare to show your ID to restaurant staff when ordering drinks (we reserved a space that can accommodate all ages)
**If you appeared to be intoxicated, you will be escorted out of our event, strictly enforced!
Looking forward to meet everyone and have a good time!
